The temperature rises to the 90's in June, July and August, which could also mean plenty of rainfall throughout Summer. You will be needing a rain jacket, warm clothes for the cool evenings and sunscreen for when you're outdoors.

It will still be hot and humid in September, when the hurricane season hits its peak. October gets less rainfall and cooler weather, and the temperature finally goes down to the high 70's in November. Don't forget to pack a light jacket, as well as your sunscreen when traveling during fall.

You can look forward to more pleasant weather in December, although the city will now be packed with tourists. January is the coolest month of the year, and February offers warm days and pleasant evenings. You'll still need sunscreen and this time, warm clothes will be a great idea.

The warmth returns in March and April, when temperatures can go back up to the low 80's. Expect more rainfall in May, as well higher humidity and sunnier days. A rain jacket is as important as sunscreen during Spring.
