Reservation Policy:
Online booking: A valid credit card must be provided during the online booking process, which will be forwarded to the reservations team securely for processing.

Telephone or email bookings: A deposit equal to the first night’s accommodation is required within 14 days of making the booking. For reservations made within 14 days of arrival, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits can be paid by credit card over the telephone (accepts Visa and Mastercard) or direct deposit. Personal cheques or money orders will only be accepted if received 28 days prior to arrival. Should a deposit not be received by its due date, your reservation will be cancelled.

Payment terms: Balance is payable on arrival/check-in.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations advised with more than 14-days notice are fully refundable. Cancellations inside of 14-days can be held in credit in your name to be used within 6-months of the date of cancellation. Credit not used within 6-months will be forfeited. Please note that date changes may attract a higher tariff.

Early departure: No refunds will be given should you decide to cut your stay short, particularly during peak periods when minimum stays apply.
