Camp Cypress located 45 kilometres north-west from Coonabarabran and the Newell Highway, the camp is situated on 75 hectares of open woodland at the Baradine Showground and old racecourse, and only 1.5 to 2 kilometres from town services and sporting facilities.

There are 20 powered caravan/camp sites and unlimited space for general camping. A dump site is also available.

A fully-operational commercial kitchen and air-conditioned dining room can cater for groups and large functions for up to 150 guests. Workshop training facilities are also available. A free barbecue and laundry is available on site.
