Reservation Policy:Full payment is required upon making reservation if dates are within 14 days of arrival or include a holiday, the reservation is 3 nights or less, or the site number is being guaranteed (see #3 and 4 below). Otherwise, the deposit to confirm a reservation is one-half the total.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations or changes made at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date will incur an administrative fee of $25. Cancellations or changes made less than 14 days prior will incur a $25 plus one night fee.
