“Aircon did not work.We had to spend time desert , so bought a $200 aircon in WalMart, used the generator to power it. It was pretty useless. We had 40+ Celsius temps every day. Somehow during the trip the digital screen display that controls the music etc (never worked properly from the outset) cracked. I believe it was due to the heat. Bear Rentals charged us $400US to replace the screen. They said we'd get a refund from Camper Travel. Please advise and I can send more details.”

“Slide out broke 3 days into the trip and we had to make a detour to SF depot to resolve causing delay to our trip. Air conditioning did not function correctly throughout. Front digital screen broke before end of trip. ”

“Vehicle was not fit for purpose! Completely broke down on day 2 of having it so we completely lost a day and a half of our holiday! New one wasn’t any good either! Components on this rv were slowly falling apart. All in all cheap part and cheap vehicle. ”
