“We’ve got the RV that came with broken refrigerator for the whole trip. We lost all fresh food and I decided to call roadside service. She said she will send someone to look at it in the morning but nobody came and we wasted our time waiting for them. I call again and the man told me to use an ice for cooling it. It doesn’t help and melted everywhere. We were planning on saving money by eating in the RV instead we had to eat out for most our trip.”
From: Craig S.
“The vehicle was excellent overall, the only negative was the oversized mattress.”

“It was a very useful and wonderful experience to drive on American roads and sights. Thank you very much for organizing such a wonderful process. I will repeat it again.”

“Excellent vehicle, year 2020, except from the fact the the electric wiring was faulty since factory. And I had to remove some bulbs to be able to get dark in the car. No service location around Washington dc, so I had to do it my self. Also about 90% of the electric outlets were not working, which I managed to fix also my self after a week when I found the fuses... Got the propane consumption and generator hours for free because of my problems when returning the car.”
From: Queency L.
“Fuel consumption of the car is much bigger than expected, but besides that, everything is very good with the RV. ”
From: Jakob O.
“We had a very good experience in the RV.”
From: Nick B.
“We hired a lovely RV with many nice features. I would recommend packing away the delicate glass tumblers and buying polystyene plates to prevent the crockery from clattering and cracking however, as it was liable to slding around the huge cupboards (no racking). The service at the pick up and drop off depots was good.”

“1 Hot water service broke down on the first day. 2 DVD player never worked 3 Cable tv was not able to be used 4 The black water pipe had a blockage and was not able to close properly causing a hell of a mess everytime we tried to empty it. We managed to unblock it half way through the trip. 5 The drainage pipe was not supplied with a donut to seal the pipe at rv parks causing the sewer smell to permeate the air.”
