“Old, i had to repair many things. Lucky to be expert enough to manage these problems without having problems for my family. El Monte RV experience pick up and return was unacceptable. At the pickup we had a person (young) that didn't know how the RV functions and how to activate. At return , even though we fix a shuttle transportation to the airport they didn't . So we had to pay for a taxi. ”

“RV was overall a good vehicle, well equpd, impresv full side ext, good V10 eng, quite easy to use. But this first satisfaction was shadowed by the insufficient maint by the renting Co (El Monte). If only small defects could be noticed on pick up, other more annoying appeared as we go. Perm cracking, clanking noises on the front on any road bump. Several accessories were defect or not work prop (hose, heating, auto leveling). Cleans cld be better. But it was not blocking issues”

“It was very comfortable - great. However we found many little damages on the road, some with no big impact, some a bit annoying: the fans in the cockpit did not work, the window on the driver seat cannot be locked, the coffee machine did not work, one shelve was broken and cannot be used and finally the van could not be started one or two times (I assume the battery of the engine is in the end of its live).”
