“The vehicle was OK, but maybe too big for our needs. We are not sure we would rent an RV the next time.”
From: David P.
“Couple of small issues with wear and tear that needed better maintenance Terrible waiting time for pickup 3-4h! Basic equipment expected not included, like cutlery and crockery.. ”

“Overall renting experience was great. The only issue was with the RV itself. It was discovered on the second day of the trip that the sink drain in the bathroom was not connected (missing a section of pipe) so we were unable to use that sink for the duration of the trip. It was also discovered that the grey-water tank was not connected to the plumbing system at all, so whenever we showered or used the other sink it would drain directly onto the ground.”

“Really a hassle that no ipass toll beeper provided. This should be mandatory for all vehicles in all states to provide hassle free travel . Driving on the wrong side of the road is hard enough without finding change etc. Should at least be an option.”

“The vehicle was new with only 208 miles on it when we got it. Because it had not been used yet, I found some greasy had prints on each grab bar to help get into the cab. As well, when I went to make the upper bunk, I think it still had a good deal of "construction" dust that had not been swept out.”
From: BARBARA M.
“Vehicle was great! Very clean and everything was working perfectly.”

“- pickup at El Monte was completely not organized (not linen or kitchen packages forseen, poor explanation of vehicle, not profesional service) - several mechanical problems during the trip ”
From: Jannine W.
“The vehicle was not in good condition. Underneath the shower area was rotten through. The steering was loose, which made it exhausting to drive. The alarm for fumes went off during the night a number of times due to proximity to other vehicles- unavoidable in camp sites with set pitches. We experienced a flat tire, and found it very difficult to get assistance from the helpline. ”

“Upon picking up vehicle in NJ . I did not receive the 22 foot rv I ordered . I was given a 25 which I did not want because the extra 3 feet Was harder to drive . I was told I got an upgrade . I told them I wanted a 22 foot, I was told because I was driving one way this is what I got. Vehicle was delivered dirty, was told it was washed last week but it rained , Mattress in rear WAS SOILED. Curtain was soiled in front overhead . Windshield wipers were worn. Pure water was used in wiper tank .”

“The vehicule is a good model and it was clean but in a very bad condition for a 2 years old vehicle. The slide out's was broken. After 2 hours driving, my wife had to stayed behind me because the motor was burning her feet. The lock of the door's moustiquare broked. It was not the first time because it was allready repaired. And first of all, the gray tank broke away when I was driving in Yosemite, so we had 3 days without kitchen and bath sink and shower.”
From: kenneth R.
“RV had over 100,000 miles, which I assume was why it rattled and shook so much when driving. Also, the cab A/C was poor and the steering was imprecise.”
From: Laurent C.
“Great vehicule, some very minor points inside ”
From: Katie B.
“Depot in Las Vegas was excellent. Not, however in chicago, where we had a lengthy wait. We were asked to get gas, despite the tank being full as after having filled up at a nearby station, this was after we were told to empty equipment into the table, making the vehicle unsafe for driving. There was no clear or logical system in place for return in Chicago and we found our experience here very user-unfriendly. The El Monte rep (once we got to deal with her) was polite and friendly.”
From: Patrick O.
“The local supplier's staff, El Monte RV, did a great job going over the unit with me unfortunately the unit's locks/keys, to the outer access areas, did not work or worked poorly. The side door handle/lock was defective as of the second day of trip & would not open.”
From: Wayne C.
“1400 miles in 14 days through NY, CT, PA and NJ. Excellent vehicle. Limited camping facilities at this time of the year.”
From: nathen s.
“it cost about five times more than I thought it would”
From: Vicki P.
“We paid an extra $200.00 going through your company when we should have just gone through El Monte directly. Love who pays for advertising”
From: olivier g.
“all the overhead prices are a bit too much (25$ for a couple of blankets). But overall the quality of service and the global satisfaction is high.”
From: Carolina L.
“The RV was in excellent conditions, we really loved the experience and we will repeat it. We had some issues with the battery but they gave us road assistance.”
“Vehicle had its issues but it got us to and from our destination so we had a great trip. ”
