“Rattled a lot. Water fixtures broke 1st day out leaving us with no water for 4 days. No toilet or shower. Found a dirty diaper full of poop in the bathroom cupboard. Key to luggage compartment snapped. Had no clothes for 36hrs and had to lose 2 days driving fixing issues”

“Camper was in great mechanical condition. There were a few small defects that occurred in the main cabin (mainly just cosmetic trim issues) over the course of our trip but otherwise we could not fault the reliability, comfort, practicality and cleanliness of this vehicle. Thank you for a great family holiday.”

“The vehicle was good, but to my need it ended up being great. The other time I rented the RV was through Cruise America, I thought the service and the vehicle better. Not to mention that in the motorhome came most items (chairs, cutlery, pots) complimentary. At El Monte RV, I found it difficult to find the office, not to mention that any item I requested would be charged separately. The clerk is not very friendly to the client, either by phone or in person.”

“The vehicle was reliable, but not the best choice for travelling long distances with many one night stops. Unfortunately the interior was a bit old fashioned in a very dark brown design. ”

“The vehicle seemed to have been driven aggressively before as it was making rattling and squeezing noises on each road bump, which made traveling an issue for those sitting in the couch. Right-side storage areas and the microwave were too noisy even when driving at moderate speeds on relatively flat roads. Toilet and bathroom were clean, beds were in pretty good condition too. The RV was very clean overall.”

“The car fies a kit of strong mousse, especially because the sink was broken. Another importante matter, was the oven that wasn't working. The vehicles floor as too dirty, we had to clean it up 3 times INE the first day. But forgeting this details, the trip was very good.”

“Comfort of the vehicle in low condition; no compensation, shattering the whole tour; oven makes loud noise from shattering, Microwave didn't work - lights on but no effect; Ventile of Propane tank has to be closed very strong to avoid smell of gas. Rest of all was OK; bed good comfort. We had to deposit $ 1000,-, since now we did not receive one dollar, but they charged 380,- on my card without any information ! Please, order to El Monte to refund the deposit !! More miles were charged.”

“hi, we've been upgraded to a 28 ft with a full bedroom at the rear and a sofa on the forward right. near new vehicle with only 3500 miles on the counter. so it was very satisfied for the 5 of us.”

“Unfortunately, our RV was plagued by problems, where many things did not work at all or only partially. This meant we spend a disproportionate amount of time trying to fix problems or on the phone with roadside assistance.”

“Vehicle was hopeless--auto transmission badly needs servicing----passenger side suspension dropped--kept pulling left Both shower and sink almost totally blocked--quick shower only or base overflowed-could not use city water connection as both black and grey water tank overflowed into bathroom----no television--the remote supplied did not work even after changing batteries”

“The RC from El Monte was really worn down. Unpleasant oders from the tank because the toilet didn't seal properly. Table was broken. The steering was malfunctioning and many other small things.”

“The camper was dirty when we picked it up, the GPS stopped working after 0.5 hr from pick up, there were electrical problems in the van. Other than that we were happy with the vehicle. I did not take my account and they charged me another 202 US dollars for preparation which I had already paid. I will try and get that money refund while over in the US. If you can help me that would be great.”

“We paid the extra to be guaranteed a late model vehicle. We got a brand new vehicle but had some issues with it. The quality control from the factory and the pre delivery by El Monte was disappointing. We wasted a day to get the problems fixed- the hot water system had not been connected up and the microwave didn't work. The depot in Las Vegas who had to fix it were helpful. Once the bugs were sorted out, the vehicle went well.”

“Reserve un vehículo de 25 pies y me entregaron uno de 28 sin previo acuerdo porque no disponian de otro. Esto me ocasionó mas gasto de combustible y me impidió el acceso a cirtos lugares/caminos que tenían límite de tamaño para RVs. Al momento de retirarlo detecto que la mesa estaba rota y tuve que esperar 2 hs a que la reparen. Luego detecto de retirarlo detecto que una luz lateral no funcionaba y tuve que perder mi tiempo en repararla.”
