BTR Touring Coach B21 Class B

4.2 stars in 31 Reviews

This vehicle gives you a fully equipped motor home (including roof air, toilet, shower, generator, awning etc) that sleeps 2 adults comfortably. The vehicle is smaller in size, hence perfect to also explore cities and gives the renter a smooth ride, much more like a regular car and much less like a truck. “We lost time on our travels as the waste pump did not work. The staff at collection office were unable to resolve the problem and referred us to technical support. They suggested possible solutions, none of which worked. My own investigation Ied me to locate the fuse box underneath the trip switches. I discovered there was no fuse for the pump. The technical support staff were incredulous.I believe that it was only due to my own technical knowledge that the matter was eventually resolved. ”

“The vehicle was great except one important issue, the steering wheel shakes significantly once the vehicle went above 60 mph. The checkout process is significantly flawed. It took over 4 hours. We arrived at 11:00 and paid $50 for early pickup and left after 4pm. There were two other parties that were also at the depot for over 3 hours, so this wasn’t an isolated issue. I can’t accept administrative ineptitude.”
