Reservation Policy:
Ocean Lots have a 5 day minimum starting May 15 through Sept. 15. All Holidays have a 3 day minimum including Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day for non-ocean front sites. No refunds for early departure. There is a 5 night Minimum required for cancellations in order to receive a refund. During the Season of May 15th-September 15th. No more than 4 weekends plus holidays can be reserved at one time. No one night reservations.
