Reservations and Cancellation Policy:
The deposit will be applied to your fees upon arrival. There will be a $25.00 non-refundable deposit and that deposit will be forfeited on no show reservations and cancelled reservations. If full payment for your reservation is made and cancellation is necessary, a refund less the $25.00 non-refundable deposit will be made if cancellation is received 7 days prior to the date of your reservation. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the date of the reservation will receive a 50% partial refund. For reservations that are made by phone or email, a $25.00 non-refundable deposit (check or money order) and the reservation form must be received within 7 days of the date the reservation is made or the reservation will be cancelled. Return reservations may be booked anytime during your stay or upon your departure with a $25.00 non-refundable deposit.
