Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests received by 1 PM CST one day before arrival will incur no charge. However, cancellations received after this time will be charged a $60 fee. Cancellations received less than 24 hours of arrival will incur a $60 Fee. A No-Show will also incur a $60 fee. This is considered a cancellation of less than a 24 hour notice. Vouchers may be issued in cases of mandatory hurricane evacuations and emergency cases that can be substantiated by written documentation. There are no vouchers or refunds for early departures that are made on a voluntary basis.
