Reservation Policy:
Holiday partial and full payments are non-refundable. Summer partial payments & full payments are non-refundable, but if given us at least 60 days notice, the money of the guest will be transferred to a future stay.

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, credit & debit cards.
No longer accept American Express.

Summer & Holiday Cancellations:
If the guest cancel during the summer WITHIN 60 days of the reservation, partial payment or full payment will be forfeited. There are no exceptions to this policy.
In the event of a Credit Card Refund, the Customer will receive their refund less a 5% credit card processing fee.
