Reservation:
A full deposit is required for one or two-night stays. For three-night plus stays, a deposit equivalent to two night’s rental is required.

Cancellation:
30 day notice of all cancellations is required for a deposit refund. All but a $25.00 per unit processing fee will be refunded. Once a cabin or RV Site is occupied, absolutely no refunds will be issued for any reason.
