Reservation:
Deposits vary according to the type of reservation made:
Monthly and Group: $100.00
Daily: $30.00 + tax
Weekly: $60.00 + tax

Cancellation:
Reservations cancelled for any reason 8 days to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the first night is non-refundable, for a cost of $30.00 + tax. The balance is refunded.
Reservations cancelled within 7 days of your arrival date, the first 2 nights are non-refundable, for a cost of $60.00 + tax.
No refund will be given if not cancelled 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any remaining deposit balance can be used for a credit towards a future stay, within 6 months of the original reservation start date.
