Cancellation and Refunds:
At least 2 weeks notice given - deposit returned less $15.00 admin fee. 4 – 13 days notice given - half deposit withheld. If rebooked deposit will transfer to new dates. Less than 3 days notice or no show– deposit forfeited Please note if the accommodation can be resold deposits will be refunded less the administration fee. No refunds given for early departures. A 'no show' on arrival date will cancel the total booking.
