BOOKING POLICY

Cancellations inside 14 days before schedule arrival date will result in forfeit of all monies paid unless the site/accommodation can be rebooked or refund amount less deposit paid maybe transferred to a future booking at owners discretion (to be used within 12 months).

LONG WEEKENDS/ PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENTS

Cancellations inside 14 days of the scheduled arrival date or date that has been allocated for special event weekend/weekdays, will result in forfeit of all monies paid.
Where any bookings are made within 7 days of arrival, accommodation or sites, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Management reserves the right to relocate or change the site number/accommodation number after booking.
Bookings of minimum night stay cannot be changed or altered within the 14 day cancelation period, unless to add to bookings total.

PAYMENTS/DEPOSITS

WEEKENDS/ LONG WEEKENDS/ PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENTS

All Bookings require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit & valid credit card. Balance to be paid 14 days prior to or on arrival.

GROUP BOOKINGS All group bookings require a $500 non-refundable deposit to be made a time of booking. Final amount of booking to be made 30 days of the scheduled arrival date, booking cannot be changed after final payment has been received.
