“Could not open two of four back camper windows. Getting airflow during hot nights was important to us and the stuck windows increased our discomfort. One of the camper chairs was broken. Overall, the van we used was very worn, definitely not aligned with your nice photos online. Totally understandable approach, but our expectations (created by your marketing materials) were sadly not met. ”

“The vehicle was not what we had imagined. We had problems with the fridge, a non working horn, old dried up windshield wipers and broken nets on the windows. These are things that should work on pickup. We had to go into depot twice during our three weeks to have these corrected. As for the fridge we made complaints the first week that it turns off when not plugged in to external power every night. We now know that this can work fine from the vehicle we currently drive.”

“Our vehicle broke down two days before we were to return it to Sydney. We slept on the side of the road and then had to hitchhike to a pay phone because there was no cellular service. We then waited for several hours for the tow truck to arrive. Missed our camper park for two nights and had to pay $105.00 for a cabin at our last sight. Our friends drove us back to Sydney in their camper van which was not a great ride. ”

“Autonomy below24h. Did a 22h trip to Magnetic and by the time we got back fridge has already turned off. 2-days later we did the whitsundays (2days) and all the food was completely rotten. Found a drop continuously coming out of the water tank. The mechanic checked it and said that it was due tu "full-tank". Everytime we activated the water plug, same drop started to exit water, finally emptying the tank. We could not use the shower at all. The vehicle was very clean and functional.”

“For a vehicle if it’s age and over 300000ks it was well maintained. Drove well A/C worked fine. I hired this for the Bathurst Mt Panorama week as a track official we receive a free campsite. My niece joined me so as not a couple the van wasn’t adequate. The top bed which I slept in is more for kids and not adults. The van would be fine for a couple or a single person. Thou in saying that we used it fir what it was and had fun. ”

“ We did not run fridge except when driving and used lights sparingly so we're surprised to be blacked out after emptying a 100 amp battery. Please check our battery as we think it is not operating to capacity. We would like to have been advised that the power cord could only be used at campsites and not to normal power supply....we stayed several nights with friends and could not top up battery. Supply of an adaptor at both ends or of a normal plug in cord”

“We realise that the vehicle is very old and in that regard it drove well and suited us fine. I must say however that the electric points are very inaccessible. The water tank is located such that filling is a bit of a mission (but was doubtless like that when you purchased the vehicle from Britz).”

Secondary battery, was supposed to hold 3-4 days, it didn't last the night. 3. No dump point & trash at the drop-off 4. The matresses are from another age with suspicious stains on them. 5. The sleeping bags contained hair (from previous clients). Our Camperman experience could have been better.”
