“Great but hard to park close at times”

“We had an amazing experience! The vehicle was perfect! ”

“Overall we were very happy with the campervan although it was an older make. There was a small water leak through the skylight during rain & the water heater & tomtom were both temperamental. We did report the water leak & tomtom to the roadside assistance. We found the campervan easy to drive & comfortable. We enjoyed our first family campervaning holiday. We were given a Maui vehicle on pick up but it was explained that they are identical...just different branding.”

“The middle bed had been badly repaired and was difficult to put up (the planks constantly fell out). The children’s seats were very flimsy - bent at the headrests and also not suitable for the vehicle. They leaned massively during driving so we had to prop them up. Didn’t particularly feel the children were secure. Everything clean on collection. Air on in front cab cut out on hot days but would fix itself if left off for a while.”

“The vehicle was actually a Maui. This motorhome was excellent. However, the shower drain was plugged from day 1 and neither your technicians in Darwin or Perth could figure out why so we essentially had no shower for the entire trip. Also, there was no antenna for the media TV in the motorhome so we could never receive local television stations.”

“We were very impressed with the layout and equipment provided in the motor home. The negative things were an issue with the air conditioner in the drivers cabin of the vehicle failed to work properly after we drove for about 30 minutes, it would then blow hot air for 20 minutes before the cool air returned. There was also an issue with the electric pump on the water tap for the sink, the pump would not shut off when we turned the tap off, and when the pump was working it was extremely loud. ”

“Vehicle rental value is ok but insurance cover to expensive Cleanliness are satisfied, quality need to upgrade, 1.the reverse camera out of function 2. tyres not in good quality , most time were run to oneside 3. Cabinet's door loose before depart they didn't fix it Depot service quiet busy when pick up wait quite long time ”

“Waste tank was full on pick up. Toilet was empty but no chemicals.. Unsure of whether first use required us to out in chemicals or not. Nil discussion re this during pick up. Vehicle was not the same set up as was previously (the day before) stated we would be getting. Table was constantly wonky and virtually un-useable. ”

“While there were a few issues with the van, overall the experience was an excellent one. Waste water pipe had a leak, water filling hose was ridiculously short, one fly screen (rear left) was broken, log lock was very difficult to use. All very minor issues. The 24/7 on road help was excellent. The interaction between the TomTom and the battery was odd and at one stage the TomTom turned itself back on and drained the battery overnight. ”

“We actually had a newer model, the Maui as we were upgraded. But everything was very good. The one niggle we had was that we couldn't actually use the safe as our child seat was secured on that seat so we couldn't get to the locker that housed the safe. Some of the indicator dials didn't work on the lighting and switch dashboard in the main cabin.”

“The vehicle was a little old but everything was functional. It was very noisy when driving it. ”

“Good size for 4 adults would not want to have more passengers. Everything worked fine and equipped with all necessary. Depot responded well when we had a minor issue. Would have been useful if there was a depot email address attached to the booking cnfirmation, not just a phone number.”

“Had a few issues with motorhome. No Gas strut on door so had to tie it back to stop it from flapping around. Shower leaked. Antenna raise lower handle leaked water into cab. Toilet came away from wall. Load banging noise under left hand front cab. Drawers in cab come open whilst traveling. Cabin AC extremely noisy. Microwave door partially broken, Microwave made awful noise whilst operating. other wise good”

“I thought the motorhome was reasonably priced. It was clean and customer service was excellent.”

“Vehicle was good but bit old one given to me which has done 245,000 kms. I would have preferred a newer vehicle. ”

“2 draws kept opening every time you went around a corner and they were looked.”

“The vehicle pickup was good, the motor home was very clean and redy to go. Counter staff should advise that once you leave Alice Springs there is no radio reception or phone reception, we should have been advised so that we could prepare better. Travelling with more than two people in this motor home is very uncomfortable as there is no air conditioning in rear of the vehicle where the other seats are, there is no point opening a window because of the heat outside. ”

“Two vehicles for one hire - first vehicle in limp mode. Second vehicle leaked once we had rain and ruined a personal speaker s well as getting clothes wet ”

“Not satisfied with motor home,diff noise was deafening,spent hours with mechanic due to oil light,linen was not freshly laundered, fridge had bad gas smell,”

“Had a fantastic week in the outback and though it was not a 4WD (rd restrictions) had the best holiday with family from overseas seeing our incredible country.”

“A good, clean and very practical motorhome - perfect for the whole family and it stood up to the rigours of 3000km driving extremely well. Highly recommended!”

“The depot services in Sydney and Melbourn are good, especially the one in Melbourn. old vehicle with 165,000 km mileage. Engine problem delayed the trip.”
