Cancellation and Alteration Policy:
If more than 30 days notice is given for cancellation, reservations will be refunded their deposit less a $40.00 administration fee. If less than 30 days notice is given for cancellation, no refunds or credit will be given. At least 30 days notice must be given for booking or date alterations. An administration fee of $40 per reservation will apply for each change made. Date changes are subject to availability. No Shows on any booking will forfeit their deposit. Deposits will not be refunded on accommodation booked and held for you, but not required on arrival. No refunds will be given on alteration to number of guests on arrival.
