Deposits:
A deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits must be received no later than 10 days after booking or least 2 days before arrival, whichever is sooner.For bookings made within 2 days of arrival, we require the payment of deposit by credit card (this can be done by phone). Balance of payment for booking is required on arrival.
Cancellations:
Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the booking will be refunded, less a $30 administration fee per booking. Tariffs are not refundable if your stay is cut short. Non-arrival on first night automatically cancels entire booking.
