Blue Gem Caravan Park, the Friendly Fossickers Park is situated in Sapphire on the banks of Retreat Creek where Sapphires were originally discovered. You can hire some equipment and wander down to the creek and do some digging for yourself and maybe find the Big One.

The park also organise a Fossicking Tour out to the fields. The facilities offered are groceries, fuel, gas, ice, takeaway food, souvenirs, jewellery sales, fossicking/camping permits, hire equipment and much more. Happy Social Hour every day during winter, they bring the nibblies on Saturdays. Come along and enjoy their wonderful friendly park.
