Refund Policy
It is the Policy of the Huntsville Caravan Park to accept forward bookings. Upon receipt of the requested deposit a guarantee of a site/accommodation unit will be held exclusively for a period of 24 hours from 10am on the arrival date. The balance of the booking is to be paid on arrival. A specific site number cannot be guaranteed. The security deposit is only refundable (less $20 booking fee) if 1 months notice is given in writing. If less than 1 months notice is received a refund (less $20 booking fee) will only be given if the management can relet the booking in full. There are no refunds if your stay is cut short.
