Reservation:
A deposit of one nights accommodation is required at time of booking.

Cancellation:
There is no refund for early departure. In the event of the Guest desiring to cancel the booking, a refund will only be made if more than 1 weeks notice is given in low season. One night’s accommodation is charged if cancelled within 1 week. 4 weeks notice is required during peak season to cancel a booking. One night’s accommodation is charged if cancelled within 4 weeks. If less than 30 days notice is given, guests will be charged one night’s accommodation for each on-site accommodation booked. Failure to honour the booking will not attract a refund of any deposit. All cancellation will shoulder a $20.00 booking fee.
