Deposits:
All advanced bookings will be subject to a non refundable deposit equivalent to the first night fee. Where only one night is booked the total amount must be paid in advance when booking is made.

For Christmas and Easter Bookings:
A non refundable deposit equivalent to the first night fee is required to secure all bookings with the outstanding balance to be paid in full by the 31st October/1st March 2012.

Cancellation Policy (Low Season):
Cancellations made more then 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less the non refundable deposit equivalent to the first night fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the full amount. No refund for early departures.

Cancellation Policy (Peak Season including School Holiday’s Whale Season Public Holiday’s):
Cancellations made more then 60 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less the non refundable deposit equivalent to the first night fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will forfeit the full amount. No refund for early departures.
