Booking is stated as pre paid and non refundable, in which case full pre payment will be taken at time of booking and no refunds will be given for cancellations or amendments. 100% of the first night's accommodation is payable at time of booking. Remainder to be paid on arrival.

Cancellations:
Cancellations or changes to bookings for this room must be made at least 72 hours prior to the check in date and time or you will be charged the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night.
