Payment maybe made in full or deposit only. For all bookings made within fourteen (14) days of arrival full payment must be received at the time of booking. For bookings made more than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival a minimum payment of 25% is required at the time of booking to confirm your accommodation. Final payment will automatically be charged to your credit card fourteen (14) days prior to arrival.

Cancellation:
All cancellations are subject to the individual hotel and accommodation house cancellation policies plus an additional $40.00 administration fee. Credit card merchant Fees are non refundable. All Cancellation Requests must be in writing. Tour cancellations are subject to the individual Operators cancellation policy at a minimum charge of twenty percent (25%). In the event that the operator cancels the tour, there will be an alternative tour; in the event this is not available, a full refund will be issued. Credit card merchant Fees are non refundable.

First time amendment is free. All additional amendments are liable to $30 fee. No-Show, No refund.
