Reservations and Deposits:
A deposit of one night's accommodation is required to confirm a booking of a short term stay and one week's accommodation to confirm a stay of three weeks or more. Full payment is due for whole period booked, on check-in. No refunds for early check-out.

Cancellations:
There are 20% fee applies if cancelled one month prior, 25% if cancelled 2 weeks prior and 30% if cancelled 1 week prior. Less than 1 week forfeits deposit.
