Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory

Fannie Bay, Northern Territory 0820

The Museum & Art Gallery of the Northern Territory is surprisingly a small museum that houses an enormous amount of history on Darwin itself. Stuff yourself with knowledge about the destructive memories that once happened in this Aussie city. 5 rooms are alloted to an excellent collection of Aboriginal art and artifacts, while several rooms are for animal exhibits and other cultural materials. Relax and enjoy a day's worth of visiting in this famed museum of NT. "Sweetheart", the monstrous saltwater crocodile of the Top End is now displayed in the museum. They say that Sweetheart destroyed the aluminum dishes and their outboard motors. Fact, or fiction?

Admission is free.
