Reservations:
A deposit is required to secure each booking. For phone bookings a deposit equal to the first night's accommodation/site tariff must be paid at the time of making the reservation or within 7 days of making the original booking.
Cancellations:
High/Peak Season: Cancellations advised with 21 days notice are fully refundable less a $30 administration fee. Cancellations inside of 21 days of scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of all monies paid. Low Season: Cancellations advised with 24 hours notice are fully refundable less a $30 administration fee per booking. Cancellations inside 24 hours of arrival will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.
