Reservation Policy:
Personal & Bank Cheques are acceptable for deposits only.
On arrival the balance of fees are payable by Mastercard, Visa, EFTPOS or Cash.
Special booking apply for most holiday periods.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations will incur a $25.00 administration fee.
There are NO refunds if you leave prior to end of your booking period.

For cancellation in low season:
Deposits will only be refunded if notification of your cancellation is received
before 9.00am on the day before your scheduled arrival.
If notice of your cancellation is received after 9.00am on the day before your
scheduled arrival the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation of booking made wholly or partialy on high or mid season requires 30 days notice prior to arrival.

If notification of your cancellation is not received or if you do not arrive by 10.00am on the day after your scheduled arrival, then your booking may be cancelled without any refund to you.
