Reservation is required. The hire fees and security deposit must be paid in full at least three weeks prior to the date of the function (excluding landing fees).

Cancellation:
Cancellation of booking more than three weeks before the first day of your function will be refund of any deposited amount and fees paid, less a $25.00 administration fee. No refund for cancellations of less than three weeks before the first day of the function.
