Reservations and Refunds:
All bookings require a deposit of 50% of the total cost or the first day's tariff, which ever is the greater. No refunds, unless a minimum of 8 weeks cancellation notice is given. Then a $25.00 administration fee will be deducted from the deposit before returning it.
