Booking and Cancellation Policy:
Bookings can be made either by phone, online or in person. To secure a booking, credit card details and a deposit are required as a security for the accommodation charges. A 20% deposit is required during Low Season and a 50% deposit is required during High Season. This guarantees your site upon arrival. During High Season, minimum bookings apply. Please enquire when booking. When making your booking, you acknowledge that all reservations and deposits are accepted by Colonial Holiday Park subject to the following cancellation policy. For Cancellation, High Season: More than 30 days notice, full refund, less $20 administration fee. Less than 30 days notice, $20 administration fee and one nights tariff will be forfeited unless we can rebook your unit for the same time period. Low Season: More than 3 days notice, full refund. Less than 3 days notice, full refund, less $20 administration fee. If you do not notify Colonial Holiday Park of your cancellation or you do not arrive by 11am the day after your scheduled reservation, your booking may be cancelled without refund of any paid deposit. For Early departures, High Season - No refund will be made if you decide to cut your reservation or holiday short. Low Season - Refunds may be issued subject to park owners discretion.
