Cancellation and Refund Policy:
15 days notice (or more) prior to arrival date: Cancellations will receive a full refund (less $30 cancellation fee). 14 days notice prior to arrival date: Cancellations will receive a 50% refund. In the case of a change of date, the deposit will be credited to your new booking, however the stay must not be more than 3 months in advance of the original booking. If this 2nd booking is cancelled, no refund will be given. Less than 72 hours prior to arrival date: No refund will be given. No Show: No refund will be given. After Check in and Early Departures: No refund will be given Reservations made on last minute websites: No refunds or change of date.
