Reservations and Cancellations:
School holidays and long weekend bookings require a deposit of 40% for Villas & 50% for Sites. All other bookings outside of school holidays and long weekends must be secured by a deposit of 30% of the total booking, otherwise the booking will lapse after 7 days. Deposits can be made via phone using Mastercard or Visa. No Refunds on Cancellations for Christmas or Easter holidays. Cancellations received in writing at least 4 weeks prior to other bookings will be refunded less a $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified less than 4 weeks before the booking will forfeit the deposit.
