Cancellation Policy:
If cancellations are made at least 4 weeks prior to the booked arrival date, payment will be refunded less a $20.00 fee. If cancellations are made less than 4 weeks prior to the booked arrival date, a credit of monies paid can be transferred to an alternate booking, made within 12months. Refunds in this case can only be issued if the management is able to re-let the accommodation to another guest. No refunds to stays cut short.
