Reservation Policy:
A deposit is required when pre-booking accommodation more than 2 weeks in advance.
Please note that all types of accommodation have minimum booking periods throughout school holidays, on public holidays and long weekends.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation, a refund, less a cancellation fee, may be made provided that notification of the cancellation is received at least 10 days prior to arrival. If notification of a cancellation is not made within this time, the refund is subject to the rebooking of the site, less the cancellation fee.

For Refunds: If accommodation has been paid for and early departure or cancellation is necessary, any refund will only be made if the remaining nights can be resold, less a cancellation fee. Any refunds will be made by cheque and sent via normal mail, usually within 24 hours.
