“Linen stunk of BO Toilet leaks Restricted from using vehicle on unsealed roads made our trip boring. POI were always on these unsealed roads. ”

“Great for what was required, but getting a bit 'tired' with age - minor things faulty.”

“We were lucky we were upgraded to a bigger van. Vehicle transmission was sluggish in the lower range but cruised well on the open highway.”

“The vehicle was great. Although it was getting on the older side with over 150,000 on the clock it went well. However there was a shudder at slow speeds, which probably indicated something going wrong with the crankshaft. The biggest problem was that the sink was blocked for the whole journey. So for the whole trip we had to wash dishes in a container and then dispense with the waste via outside drains.But overall I would rate the vehicle fairly well.”

“Mechanical issue with vehicle that resulted in vehicle replacement, however this ruined two days of our trip and no apology at all received from depot.”

“On collection the van had substantial accident damage, and was a bit tired. The CAT warning light was on continuously and another light flashed intermittently. The drivers A/C was temperamental. The cooker hob had a faulty ring, with no glass cover. Finally, a crack in the windscreen incurred a A$320 surcharge. Surely that should be covered by the hire company's motor insurance? Despite all that, a good holiday experience touring the SW. Campsites were great, clean and with good amenities.”

“There was no issue at all with the comfort of the vehicle, the layout of the vehicle or the ease of use of the unit's facilities. A suggestion was raised by the passenger to have an airline style armrest fitted that could be raised when not in use, however that was merely a suggestion and not a complaint.”

“bedding was inadequate for cold nights Depot service was slow at pick up but much better at drop off.”

“The rooftop air conditioning and heating unit was not very efficient, it barely put out warm or cool air.”

“There were a few mechanical issues which reported when we returned. None of these issues stopped us having a great time though.”
