“Our van was brand new and easy to drive perfect 👌 ”

“The vehicle had badly worn tyres and would not have passed a police check. The camper itself was fine and we had a very good experience using it. Was disappointed that we were charged a relocation fee, This should not have happened and I would go with your oppersition next time because of this, ”

“Vehicle was great not 5 star as is not new other than that it was faultless In performance”
From: Martha M.
“The water jug had a broken spout lever, the passenger seat upholstery was tearing, the emergency brake needs checking. The smoke alarm kept going off of its own accord. It's at the upper back shelf of the van. We had to wait 45 minutes after our SCHEDULED pick-up time before we could enter into the pick-up talk. The vehicle was clean and well stocked and comfortable. (Kathy?) phoned me right away to let me know I'd left my handbag behind.”

“I was charged for 10 days when I was only booking for 5. ”

“The matras was to old, it is woon and the foam should be replaced”
From: Hrobjartur K.
“The gasoline tank was not full when I got the camper. The meter was on 7/8, ( missing ca 7-10 l) the explanation was that this was kind of normal !!? -You would charge me $ 2,6 * 10 for this!!!!- The water crane was loose, one could lift it up and out of the whole, and the sink section was not firmly fixed to the vehicle. The battery for the interior was getting really tired. We had a nice trip. ”

“Because the staff felt the air conditioning unit was malfunctioning, we had to wait until it was fixed, which we appreciated as they could have sent us on our way with out checking it out. ”

“The vehicle was 8 years old and had 300000km on it. It ran well but was a bit unstable in the high winds we experienced. The seat cushions were old and worn out which made sleeping on them very uncomfortable. All the other equipment worked well.”
From: S D.
“This was an older vehicle so we didn't expect it to be perfect. The foam mattress pieces need to be replaced, it was very uncomfortable and we had to buy a blow up mattress to go over it. There was a blood stain on the bottom sheet.”
From: Paul M.
“Vehicle was ok, but older than we expected.”

“It was a good way to travel however roof is getting damp inside from humidity which makes all the belongings on the top shelves damp too.”
