Cancellation policy:

For normal trading time excluding holidays.
If the customer informs us within 72 hours prior to arrival date, a full refund will be given or no charge made. After that a refund will be given less a $30 booking fee. If we are unable to re-let the room, there will be no refund. From the night before or the day of arrival, no refund will be given.
For holiday periods, there may be no refund unless 4 weeks notice is given, then there wil be a refund less the booking fee or contact Alexanders Holiday Park for reservations and other inquiries.
