Reservations and Payment Policy:
Credit card details are required to secure your online booking. Credit card numbers are held in lieu of a $50 deposit and will not be charged unless the accommodation is defaulted, in which case the $50 (or one night's accomodation in the case of "no shows") deposit will be charged. Full payment is required at time of check in. A deposit of 10% of accommodation value will be required for bookings of total value $500 or more. Prices include gst.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposits for cancellations made 14 days prior to booking will be refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the booking will not have deposits refunded unless the unit/site can be re-sold. No shows (failure to arrive for confirmed bookings without cancellation) will incur one nights accommodation charge.
