“Very reliable, lovely to drive. I covered most of New Zealand in it and was not let down. It was comfortable enough although I had not anticipated how cold mornings in NZ could get late on in my travels- early April. Other than that excellent. ”
From: Joseph J.
“The vehicle was old. Not all features were explained to us. Not enough storage space. Pics are misleading in this regard.”
From: Brigid P.
“Vehicle was old, which is not a problem, but poorly maintained, e.g. curtains fell off curtain rail; couldn't open air vent in roof; sat nav was not up to date; sheets and duvet were ridiculously over size, which made them difficult to manage and sleeping was uncomfortable. The staff at the depot knew nothing about the van and little interest, and when we tried to contact the depot by phone later about problems, there was no answer, and they did not respond to our phone messages. ”

“ the "road Runner" camper was a nightmare that coupled with the fool who presented it to us having no idea on the lay out of the Van both camper wise and mechanically, and his inability to correctly copy our credit card details and the directors arrogance sore our second honey moon ruined right from the start. Is their an ombudsman or some governing body that I can address my complaint to as I wish to seek compensation for my losses ”
