This also includes airport area accommodation.Please advise Surname, Reservation Number, Arrival Terminal or hotel name and Number of Passengers requiring collection when you contact us. Our courtesy collection is normally within 30 minutes and operates up to 1 hour prior to close. ONCE NOTIFIED PLEASE ALLOW AMPLE TIME FOR THE COURTESY SHUTTLE TO COLLECT YOU. SOME UNAVOIDABLE DELAYS MAY OCCUR DURING BUSY PERIODS.

Airport Accommodation - When you have checked out of your accommodation, please contact the depot to arrange your transfer
City Accommodation - The complimentary transfer does not apply for City Centre or suburbs out of airport area. The easiest and probably cheapest way is to catch a taxi to the depot
