Driver's Cab air -conditioning operates only when the engine is running.
Rear cab heating operates on 240V when plugged in at campground or Gas or Diesel heating.
All children aged seven years must travel in an approved child restraint.
This vehicle has positioning for a total of two child restraints.
Child seats (approximate age birth - 3 years) and booster seats (approximate age 4+ years) can be fitted in the rear seats of the vehicle.
Child/Booster seats must be pre-booked, otherwise cannot be guaranteed. Please advise age and weight of child on booking.

Holding tank for grey waste water generated from the shower and the kitchen sink. Disposable at camping grounds and dump sites.

Refrigerator: The fridge operates on 12V battery/240V mains power. Fridge performance may be affected in extreme temperatures.
Gas Bottle: 1 x 9 kg bottle is supplied full on vehicle collection. Bottle has an ‘ON/OFF’ tap on it. Please ensure it is in ‘OFF’ position when not in use and when driving.
Microwave: Operates only when connected to 240V mains power at a campground.

Pickup took 2 hours and handover was perfunctory Bedding - sheets were stained and limp, duvets smelt of BO. We purchased a new set. “The vehicle had several issues: fridge door hinge and latch broken, so it wouldn't stay closed. We had to wedge something in front of it whenever travelling. The supplied fan heater didn't work. I paid for additional toilet sanitizers when I booked - no additional ones were supplied. The brake warning light was constantly illuminated - a representative told me not to worry, he'd text me the name of a mechanic to take care of it. I never heard back from him. ”

“1st van cold showers. Next morning it couldn't be repaired. Booked into parks until in Auckland. 2nd van wouldn't start at depot. 2 days later stranded until auto electrician sort it. Fuses blowing, no radio or GPS then no power due to auto-electrician leaving plug out. Electrical problems continued & stranded at Waitomo & more auto-electrician. Staff helpful in trying circumstances but didn't help with van obviously deficient when we picked them up. We lost so much time in NZ ”

Replaced in Wanaka -ants nests -too low clearance over-cab bed, used rear non permanent bed -Wash basin clogged up -poor thermal insulation! -Vehicle clearance too low for NZ roads! -LPG bottle 30% full at start -Fridge door opens during travel; compressor erratic. -Outside compartments difficult to close/lock”
