“No potable water on board when collected. Toilet chemical was optional extra. Missed a lot of detail and instruction in first tour. Very slippery film of Armour All or something on the cock pit floor. A slippery product on the drivers floor is a bad idea.The satellite TV installed but not working. One TV had been removed Had repeatedly been told we could hire snow chains. We arrived told that chains not suited to this van. Depot did finally give discounted insurance policy then the chains.”
