“Loved our van, great lay out. We were missing a few pieces of cutlery, plates and glasses and it was sad to not have any wine glasses on board. The depot in Queenstown was great. However I rang before our drop off to organise an early drop off at 7:30am and it was approved. However in (Christchurch) they were rude and very difficult to work with and had no idea about the early drop off. We almost missed our flight...”

“Only thing (which I have adressed in a separate e-mail), is that toll road system and billing was not properly explained.”

“A brick on wheels. Anyway, a better transmission would highly be appreciated. 4 gears with this kind of automation is a no-go!”

“We rented a car seat and were disappointed with the set up of the chair -the strap was behind the material, we played around with it a little to correct it -tilted quite significantly whilst travelling and was not as stable as it should have been. -we set it up correctly as we rang the centre to confirm. -possibly a seat for an older child as opposed to the 18 month old we had. Overall the vehicle was great. Very comfortable and travelled very well. We would hire this vehicle again.”
