“Unfortunately, the interior of the campervan was very poor in some areas. We provided a list of faults to the Christchurch depot, who gave us a discount as a result. The list comprised the following: Cooker ignition not working, laminate covering on cupboards was peeling off in many areas, cupboard catches not working and also caused greasy marks on clothing, fridge security catch ineffective, Recliner knob on passenger seat broken, Tool cabinet panel broken causing tools to rattle inside.”

“Paid for a GPS and didn’t have one provided, didn’t provide maps since they had no GPS. Didn’t tell us Caltex is the only fuel station that refills gas bottles. The fan belt in the van needed replacing so a horrible squeaking noise happened whilst driving.”

“Upon collection, inside was clean however front windscreen was dirty both inside and out. Eg, dead bugs and road grime. Insufficient bedding on autumn nights. Summer weight duvet only. Cushion bases thin and uncomfortable. Grey water tank fumes venting into cabin instead of externally. This vehicle was 9 years old with 250,000 plus km on it so some of these problems are perhaps inevitable. ”

“Horrendous experience, shocked you would have kiwi campers on your books. Worst company ever - so rude, arrogant staff, useless at helping with problems. On our 2nd camper and lost 4 days of our holiday. being ignorant and rude about giving a refund for the lost portion. sat at a garage for 2 days and 2 nights in a hotel as the camper was unusable and I haven't even received one apology from the company. They lie and advise they will give refunds and call back but the don't honour these promises”

“The camper met all our needs, was clean and reliable. Easy to operate and good on fuel. The camper had over 200,000 klms on the speedo but was very well maintained for it's age, no complaints from these happy campers.”
