“We were driving for less than an hour after picking up the motorhome and the plastic window above the pilot just broke and flew away... We were just leaving and didn't even have time to open it. it was closed and broke. We had to organize something so the rain wouldn't come in during 12 days... very frustrating”

“Vehicle in good condition. Well maintained, lots of storage facilities, clean, lots of towels, sheets etc. We had a minor problem with the fridge. The Depot helped us with advice by phone. We wished to take some Tools with us (for minor fixes), but they wouldn't let us take any. That was a bit a pity. Because we could've fix the little Problem with the fridge by ourselves. The staff at the Depot was very friendly. they picked us up and dropped us at the bus terminal.”

“vehicle was very clean and quality was good. The staff at the depot (LeBlanc in Montreal) were really friendly and helpful! Even when we returned the RV with a damaged wing mirror, they were very nice about it and charged us a very reasonable rate for the repair. Would highly recommend them to friends.”
